First time in history, my history that is, I was to make two wedding cakes in a week. For the first wedding, the customer had already booked a month in advance, therefore I was well prepared, physically and mentally. The second was a last minute request from my bff, due to her cake maker bailed out one week before the wedding. So here comes me to the rescue! It was very challenging as her wedding location is 2 to 3 hours drive from my place. We never thought that we would be transporting her wedding cake, so it was all panicky for a bit. Alas, in the end everything went pretty smoothly. I'm really happy for her dreams had come true. And praying for her, a blessed life and a smooth journey ahead, Aminn.
