I have a confession to make, it might sound cliché, but this song
from the Wizard of Oz always plays in my mind every time I'm making a rainbow
cake.

The colours of the rainbow are always associated with the
good things in life; remember how excited you always felt when you see a
rainbow.
There’s even a saying, there’s a pot of gold at the
end of a rainbow. And a legend that cites at the end of every rainbow
sits a leprechaun, hammering on a shoe, who will reveal the whereabouts of a
crock of gold.

That’s how I felt every time I make a rainbow cake, I
just love making them even though it may seem so tedious to do 6 layers of
cakes with different colours.
